According to Section 91 of Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, only Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) , only Canadian lawyers, RCICs and Quebec Notaries can be paid to legally provide advice and represent clients in Canadian Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship matters.
